Goals for sustainable development
Our goals – moving forward with ambition
- We will develop circular product solutions based on design for recycling, retain product ownership and product life extension by 2030.
- We will increase the overall proportion of sustainable materials in our products to 20% by 2030.
- We will only use recycled or recyclable materials for our packaging from 2030.
- We support our customers in improving their carbon footprint through sustainably designed products and services.
Our progress in 2024/2025
- Calculation of the first product carbon footprint for a DEHN product to identify CO2 reduction potential in the use of materials
- Received a Best Data Project Award by VOICE for our “Predictable Customer” project to predict the short-term ordering behavior of our customers and the associated sustainable design of the forecasting process in logistics
- Presentation of a new surge arrester for special use in HPC and fast charging stations to protect the charging infrastructure for electric mobility
